Vandy's Kids
I've been reading our "Vandy's Kids" blog the past few days and have decided our class is still the greatest! How do you all remember what you do? I think the nicest thing is that Kelley Williams contacted the Blog and was able to find out more about her dad. What a kind thing Flygirl did to share those letters. I hope to get in touch with Kelley also because we have family in common that would love to talk with her about Jerry and share their memories.

Glad you're aboard the Blog! Reading it is fun, but Blogging on is really fun...it's like being a "published" author of sorts.
I sent Kelley all of Jerry's letters, hoping that she'd enjoy them. I haven't heard back from her, but I'm sure she's received them by now. I'm just happy that they have a good home and out of my attic!
Keep on Bloggin'...there's always someone on Vandy Kids listening or reading.

I have a tendency to hoard things that have even the slightest sentimental value to me. Those letters would have had very strong sentimental value.
I think what FlyGirl did was beyond wonderful......
but then nothing surprises me anymore about this wonderful bunch of folks!
